The E-Z UP 12x12 Regency Canopy is and instant portable canopy that is economical, lightweight, and convenient. The unit is well-suited for family outings and can be stored compactly, fitting in most car trunks for E-Z transport and storage in the included roller bag. The shelter sets up in minutes and the powder-coated rust-resistant steel frame can be adjusted to any one of three heights. Take-down is just as easy, thanks to pull-pin sliders. Underneath, you will be safe from 99% of UV rays, thanks the polyester top with silver UV coatings.

            I must disagree with Dru from Va. He must have purchased an other shelter product. I also purchased five Regency E-Z Up shelters for our church food festival. Four of us put up the shelters in less than 20 minutes for the first time and took them down and back into their carry bags in less time. This is a well built product with easy to setup & take down features. The directions were easy to follow. The quality is first class. I would recommend the Regency shelter to anyone who needs to accomodate up to 20 people seated for dinner comfortably inside a spacious 144 square footprint. This product is a great value for it's pricing.

              I bought five of these [...] and they all broke in the same manner either the first time they were erected or the second. The frames are extremely flimsy. Five out five broke!! We are not bozos, use a number of other canopies with out problem, and were extremely careful to follow the erection instructions after the first one broke before it was fully deployed the first time. The manufacturers warrantee is a joke.

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We will replace any products if found to be defective within one year of normal use. Damages from improper anchoring, strong winds, snow or ice are not considered defects. CarportsUSA.com does not guarantee these canopies in snow or ice under any circumstances. These canopies are designed to offer shade. If your canopy is not anchored securely, it will fly away. If your canopy takes flight we will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility. We offer several types of anchoring kits. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.
