This product has a one-year warranty, covering workmanship and material quality. We will replace any products if found to be defective within one year of normal use. Damages from improper anchoring, strong winds, snow or ice are not considered defects. CarportsUSA.com does not guarantee these canopies in snow or ice under any circumstances. These canopies are designed to offer shade. If your canopy is not anchored securely, it will fly away. If your canopy takes flight we will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility. We offer several types of anchoring kits. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us within 30 days if this is the case.
